TG2BT - Not!

Its always good to know those who know. Sometimes you can get by with knowing the people who know the people who know. Others get by with less. I am blessed to have friends who know. What do they know? Last weekend, my friends volunteered to share their expertise with the Center, hence our (somewhat empty) "blogspot" and (soon-to-be-launched) website. Because of budget constraints we usually are quite appreciative of assistance from volunteers who know. If you meet the criteria ( you "know" and are “willing to volunteer”) drop us a line at acs_n2nblog@yahoo.com We are aware that that 'willing' and 'able' are not mutually exclusive but we'll love to hear from you anyway. My friends took the time to provide a service that will impact our community in more ways than you can imagine and you can too. From all at N2N, Thank you Ami and Robert. Thank you for not being TG2BT!

Bloggers ' R We @ N2N

Why would a traditional Adventist Community Services Center need a blog? I don't know? Do you? Well I guess it would be fair to say that we have been dabbling in things contemporary for a while, and as "Neighbor To Neighbor", we've been doing lots of things that other centers don't.
Our Thrift Store helps to stretch dollars for individuals who are really in need and can't afford to just "go shopping". Our clients are attended to by qualified MSW interns and they receive assistance with food, clothing, furniture, dishes, pots, pans, bedding and household items - all free. We also hold seminars geared to educate and empower families in our community and this year again, we are giving Christmas baskets to some of our friends at Lakeland Hospital.
Bet you didn't know that....and if we didn't have a blog, you'd never know.
So do we need to have one? If this is the only way to keep you informed, I guess.
